If the email address is not on record, to validate your account, you will be asked to enter your billing zip code and last payment amount on the next screen.

Freeman customers only:

If a payment has not been made since April 1, 2023, enter 0

If a payment has been made since April 1, 2023, then enter the actual amount paid
